Axis Metrology's engineers have over 30 years experience in CMM software and measurement, including first principles inspection and calibration in a UKAS Lab.

 

We can offer CMM programming and training in a variety of softwares.

These include PCDmis, MCosmos, Calypso, Modus, Cameo, MeasureMind, Measure-X, plus many legacy softwares no longer supported by the manufacturer.

 

With our unique level of metrology expertise, we can support all your metrology needs. We  can do this remotely or onsite.

 

We have Industry specific experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Orthopaedic, Medical Device, Motorsports, Precision Engineering, and the many offshoots of these. If it needs measuring we guarantee to have the necessary knowledge and experience to get it done.

 

Blades, Vanes, Actuators, Sheet Metal, Plastics, Mouldings, Castings, Machined Components, Orthopaedic Joints etc. Measurement of these and many more types of components is our speciality.

 

Inspection bottlenecks? We can alleviate these. This can be achieved in several ways, and ranges from offline programming to onsite programming and support, support to cover Sickness, Holiday etc, or just to help with higher levels of programming for unfamiliar or new parts. We offer short, medium or long term onsite contracts as required. We can also offer  training and support to grow the potential of your existing team.
